Misi
- Providing Quality Education: Offering high-quality, innovative, and relevant higher education that addresses the educational needs in Eastern Indonesia, with a focus on developing competent and ethical educational leaders.
- Promoting Accessibility: Enhancing access to higher education through inclusive strategies, including financial support, scholarships, and access programs for underrepresented groups.
- Developing Educational Leadership: Supporting the development of educational leadership through a curriculum oriented towards practical applications, case-based learning, and collaboration with education industry practitioners.
- Emphasizing Professionalism and Independence: Preparing graduates who are professional, independent, and ready to compete in the job market, with mastery of educational administration skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic educational developments.
- Character Formation and Virtue: Focusing on character formation and virtuous conduct through guidance programs, social activities, and the development of moral values that support social responsibility.

Goals
- To produce English Education educators who are capable of designing, implementing, and evaluating learning based on Constructivist Learning Theory and Linguistic Theory, using authentic, fair, inclusive Project-Based Learning (PjBL) and Task-Based Language Teaching (TBLT) models, grounded in Islamic values.
- To produce English Education researchers who are ethical and have integrity, skilled in composing critical reviews, designing and executing qualitative, quantitative, or mixed research, responsibly managing data, and disseminating findings to improve the quality of learning.
- To produce English Education practitioners who are proficient in diagnosing instructional needs, designing PjBL and TBLT-based programs and assessments, leading change and monitoring-evaluation at the classroom/institution level, and building partnerships while upholding akhlakul karimah (Islamic moral values).
- To produce graduates with an edutechpreneur spirit who are independent and innovative, capable of integrating ICT into English language learning to design PjBL and TBLT-based products/solutions, validating their effectiveness in the field, and preparing ethical and beneficial commercialization plans.
Strategy
- To implement a learning process based on Constructivist Learning Theory and Linguistic Theory in English Language Learning using a Contextual Approach with innovative learning models such as Project-Based Learning (PjBL), Task-Based Language Teaching (TBLT), and reflective microteaching to produce professional, fair-inclusive educators grounded in Islamic values.
- To implement a learning process based on Constructivist Learning Theory and Linguistic Theory in English Language Learning using a Contextual Approach with innovative learning models such as PjBL, TBLT, and Research-Based Learning to produce excellent researchers and community service providers in higher education, secondary education, and non-formal education, who are capable of disseminating their research findings through publications, seminars/colloquia, and open repositories, grounded in Islamic values.
- To implement a learning process based on Constructivist Learning Theory and Linguistic Theory in English Language Learning using a Contextual Approach with innovative learning models such as PjBL and TBLT to produce independent practitioners and edutechpreneurs who integrate ICT into ethical, field-tested English language learning solutions that benefit schools/communities, grounded in Islamic values.
